MEMORANDUM OPINION

FRANK W. KOGER, Bankruptcy Judge.

The adversary action before the Court is the Complaint for Turnover filed by the Trustee against the Farmers Home Administration (“FmHA”) and FmHA’s Counterclaim asserted against the Trustee and its cross-claim asserted against Debtors. 1 Debtors did not respond to the cross-claim filed by FmHA. Upon due notice, the Trustee and FmHA, and their respective counsel, appeared before the Court on July 26, 1989; neither Debtors nor their counsel appeared.
