This is an appeal from an order of the District Court, following its opinion of February 10, 1950, which directs enforcement of an amended plan filed under section 11(e) of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, 15 U.S.C.A. § 79k(e), for the reorganization and consolidation of Long Island Lighting Company and its subsidiaries, Queens Borough Gas and Electric Company and Nassau & Suffolk Lighting Company.
