This action was instituted in this court against Judge J. F. Bailey, the regular judge of the twenty-fourth judicial district, for a writ of prohibition, to prohibit. him, as a special judge of the Breathitt _ circuit court, from exercising jurisdiction oyer or hearing and determining an action now pending in the above named *490circuit court, under the style of U.
