An arbitrator for the Industrial Commission found that petitioner, Wanna Clemons, was permanently and totally disabled as the result of an accidental injury sustained while she was employed by respondent, Memorial Medical Center, and awarded her compensation for permanent and total disability and a pension for life. On review, the Industrial Commission admitted into evidence the report of a physician who had examined petitioner for respondent, and affirmed the arbitrator’s decision.
