This suit was brought by W. A. Langham and A. E. Broussard, against G. L. Carter and his wife Fannie L. in the ordinary form of an action of trespass to try title to lot 279, block 46, in the city of Beaumont, Texas. Pending the suit the defendants Carter and wife sold the property to M. W. Lowry, who came into the suit as an intervener. Our conclusions of fact and law will sufficiently indicate the issues made by the pleadings and evidence.
