Introduction

Plaintiffs, Earl Hughes and Tracy Hughes, citizens of the state of Arkansas, initiated this action on March 23, 1984, against defendants Segal, an Arkansas corporation, Buccaneer, an Alabama corporation, and John Does I, II and III, alleging that Earl Hughes purchased from Segal a new mobile home which was manufactured by Buccaneer.
