MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

INTRODUCTION
1. The Court conducted an evidentiary hearing on March 26-27, 2012 2 on Invoy Technologies, LLC’s Motion to Compel Trustee’s Compliance with Section 365(n) of the Bankruptcy Code (Docket 27, hereinafter the “Motion to Compel” or the “Motion”).
