Affirming.

The appellee and plaintiff below, H. C. Wilson, procured a fire insurance policy with, the appellant and defendant below, Home Insurance Company of New York, under the terms of which it insured him against loss by fire to his dwelling house and contiguous buildings, which policy was alive and in full force at the time the property was destroyed by fire on May 22, 1922.
