Bibb G. Mims ("Mims") appeals from the judgment of the trial court declaring that the security interest of First Citizens Bank ("the Bank") was superior to his security interest in two cotton pickers. The cotton pickers are referred to throughout this opinion individually as "the 1990 cotton picker" and "the 1991 cotton picker" and collectively as "the collateral." After an ore tenus hearing on March 10, 2004, the transcript of which is not included in the record on appeal,1 the trial court entered a judgment on March 19, 2004.
