The Civil Service Commission of St. Louis County (“Commission”) appeals from the circuit court’s order remanding the case to the *764Commission for further hearings. We conclude that the decision of the circuit court to remand the matter to the Commission is not a final judgment and dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.1
