Defendant Louis Margiotti, Jr. appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on July 10, 1995, following his plea of guilty to one count of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). The United States District Court for the District of Vermont (J. Garvan Murtha, Chief Judge) sentenced Margiotti principally to forty-one months imprisonment, the sentence to run consecutively to an undischarged term of state imprisonment.
