MEMORANDUM OPINION
WARRINER, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for attorney’s fees pursuant to Section 16 of the Clayton Antitrust Act as amended by Section 302(3) of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, 15 U.S.C. § 26 (hereinafter the “Antitrust Fee Act”). The facts giving rise to the action on the merits are set out in prior opinions of this Court and that of the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
