This appeal stems from a reversal and • remand of the trial court’s judgment, previously reviewed by this Court arising from a suit to recover underinsured motorist insurance benefits against Farmers Insurance Company, Inc., (Defendant). The action was brought by Susan Taylor, in her individual capacity as daughter of decedent James A. Mitchell, and in her capacity as personal representative of the Estate of James A.
