Billy Wayne Niblett was tried by a jury and found guilty under two indictments for armed robbery and one indictment for wounding another while in the commission of a felony. His punishment was fixed at confinement in the State Penitentiary for five years on each of the armed robbery convictions and for one year on the felonious wounding conviction. The trial court entered judgment on the verdict. We granted Niblett a writ of error limited to the question whether the testimony of a third person as to an out-of-court pretrial photographic identification of Niblett by two eyewitnesses was…
