Mandamus. Argued April 24, 1894. Granted May 22, 1894. Helators applied for mandamus to compel respondent to set aside an order quashing contempt proceedings, and to proceed with the hearing of the question of contempt. The facts are stated in the opinion.

On the 7th day of October, 1893, Judge Albert Dickerman, then presiding judge of the Muskegon circuit court, made an order directed to Herman O. Lange, requiring him to show cause why he should not be punished for contempt of court, the offense charged being an interference with and inducing witnesses for the *438plaintiffs to leave the jurisdiction of the court during the trial of a cause in which the relators were plaintiffs and the Muskegon Booming Company was defendant.
