ANDERSON, Circuit Judge:

Cheryl Lynne Puleo appeals directly from a judgment of conviction and sentence imposed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Finding no error, we affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Puleo was indicted on sixty counts, twenty-five of which charged her with the misapplication of bank funds with intent to defraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 656, and thirty-five of which charged her with making false entries in bank documents in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1005.
