Tbe defendants demurred to tbe complaint on three grounds: (1) That tbe complaint did not state facts, sufficient to con stitute a cause of action; (2) that no cause of action was alleged as to defendant Coxe, and that there was a defect of parties defendant; (3) that several causes of action were improperly joined.
