Ann and Michael Welch, doing business as Servicemaster of St. Tammany Parish, filed this suit against South Central Bell Telephone Company, seeking $400,000.00 for loss of business earnings and mental anguish allegedly sustained as a result of defendant’s omission of plaintiffs’ advertisement in the yellow pages. Plaintiffs seek recovery for breach of contract and negligence.
