2Per curiam
This is an appeal from a denial of a motion for a new trial in an age discrimination suit. After serving as a detective for fifteen years, Pat Liston (Liston), along with six other detectives, was demoted to patrol officer in July 1984 by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). Liston’s supervisor explained that Liston was demoted in order to bring “young, fresh blood” into the detective bureau.
