1Opinion of the Court

— In an action to recover damages for alleged violations of the plaintiffs’ State and Federal civil rights, the defendants Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P. C., and Norton L. Travis, appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Jones, J.), entered April 13, 1990, which denied their motion to dismiss the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, the complaint is dismissed, with prejudice, insofar as it is asserted against the appellants; and the action against the remaining defendants is severed.
