This legal malpractice action turns on the intricacies of antitrust law. A.O. Smith Corporation (“Smith”) and 16752 Corporation, formerly known as Sterling Electric, Inc. (“Sterling”), lost an antitrust tying case in which members of the firm of Lewis, Overbeck & Furman (“Law Firm”) served as Sterling’s trial counsel.
