This is a posttrial motion for judgment against defendants Joseph Antenucci and Jose Pena, in the sum of $4,000,000 (CPLR 4404).

Daniel Zuckerman, an infant, by his mother and natural guardian, Elaine Zuckerman, and Elaine Zuckerman, individually, brought a medical malpractice action against Dr. Joseph Antenucci and Dr. Jose Pena. Both had treated the mother during pregnancy.
