ERICKSON, Justice.

This is a disciplinary proceeding against respondent John A. Lustig. The disciplinary complaint was not answered by the respondent and the respondent failed to appear at the default hearing after he was notified of the time and place of the hearing. The hearing panel unanimously approved the findings of fact and recommendations of the hearing board. The hearing board recommended that respondent be suspended for one year and one day; that he be permitted to apply for reinstatement before the expiration of the one-year-and-one-day period if he complies with the requirements of…
