This is a suit for declaratory judgment instituted under the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. § 2201. Plaintiff is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the state of New York and is a citizen of that state. Defendant Meyer Lumber & Hardware Company1 is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the state of Kansas and is a citizen thereof. Defendants George A.
