Under an indictment charging defendant with murder, he .was convicted of manslaughter, and sentenced to he imprisoned in the penitentiary at hard labor for not less than 15, nor more than 20, years. Defendant has appealed, relying upon numerous bills of exceptions for the reversal- of the conviction and sentence against him.
