This is a motion, brought by way of order to show cause by the Flushing Savings Bank (“FLUSHING”) on May 13, 1980, to dismiss the petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (“THE CODE”), 11 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. filed by Verrazzano Towers, Inc. (“THE DEBTOR”) on May 6, 1980, on the ground that “the filing of the petition was not authorized by the corporation .... ” (Order to Show Cause signed on May 14, 1980).
