This involuntary case was initiated under Chapter 7 with the filing of an Involuntary Petition against Taylor & Associates, L.P. on November 13, 1995, by James S. Bush, a creditor asserting a $300,000 claim grounded on “[ilnvestment fraud.” An order for relief pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. § 303(h) (West 1993) has not been entered.
