OPINION

Before BOOCHEVER, C. J., and RABI-NO WITZ, CONNOR, BURKE and MATTHEWS, JJ. BOOCHEVER, Chief Justice.

This case involves a claim by the wife and two children of a deceased worker for an increase in death benefit payments. We affirm the determination of the Workmen’s Compensation Board and the Superior Court’s decision that claimants are entitled to an increase. We hold that the formula set forth in AS 23.30.145(a) governs the attorney fee award for the Board proceeding and remand to the Board for a new determination of attorney’s fees.
