LANSING, Judge.

In these consolidated appeals, Kent Hall challenges the district court’s decisions denying his requests for the appointment of counsel and granting summary dismissal of two petitions for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

Hall’s post-conviction actions stem from felony convictions in two eases in which he pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, I.C. § 37-2732(a)(1)(A), and delivery of methamphetamine, I.C. § 37-2732(a)(1)(A).
