This matter is now before the Court on Defendant Peoria School District 150’s Motion for Summary Judgment [18]. For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s Motion is Granted.

Background

Plaintiff Kellie Wood (‘Wood”) was employed by Defendant Peoria School District 150 (“the District”) as a probationary (i.e., non-tenured) junior high math teacher at Manual Academy (“Manual”) for four years, from 2009 to 2013.
