LYONS, Justice.
David Morris (“the employee”) petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari seeking review of the Court of Civil Appeals’ decision reversing the judgment of the Calhoun Circuit Court awarding the employee worker’s compensation benefits for an injury he sustained while working for Robert Burton & Associates, LTD (“the employer”). See Robert Burton & Assocs., LTD v. Morris, 999 So.2d 927, 932 (Ala.Civ.App.2007).
