On the petition of appellee the circuit court of Greene county entered a judgment against appellants awarding a peremptory writ of mandanus directing them to disconnect from the city of Roodhouse the territory described in the petition. From that judgment an appeal was taken to this court, and a motion has been made by appellee to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction, because no freehold is involved.
