The appellants, Ralph Earl Ramot and Robert Spencer Hager, were convicted by a jury, Judge Ernest A. Roveless presiding, in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, of the crimes of storehouse breaking and larceny and were sentenced to a term of eight years in the Maryland Penitentiary on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
