STOCKARD, Commissioner.

St. Francois County, Missouri brought suit to recover $600 from W. Albert Brookshire, and from an adverse judgment the defendant has appealed. Jurisdiction is in this court because St. Francois County is a party. Art. V, Sec. 3, Constitution of Missouri; Cook v. St. Francois County, 349 Mo. 484, 162 S.W.2d 252 [1].
