MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
BOWEN, District Judge.
This wrongful death action was originally brought by Mrs. Janet L. Harden who had a cause of action authorized by Ga. Code § 105 — 1307 against the United States of America under the provisions of Chapter 171, Title 28, United States Code. There is no dispute as to the jurisdiction of the Court or the jurisdictional facts of the case which is properly before this Court.
