KETHLEDGE, Circuit Judge.
Crossville Medical Oncology, P.C. (“Crossville”) appeals the dismissal of its claims against Glenwood Systems, LLC (“Glenwood LLC”). Crossville argues the district court erred in holding that Glen-wood LLC could enforce an arbitration clause in a contract to which it was not a signatory. We affirm.
