The defendants in error, John E. Robertson, Anson Hazlewood, and the executors of the estate of G. W. Hazlewood, deceased, filed this suit against plaintiff in error D. A. Gathings in the district court of Palo Pinto county on June 25, 1920, alleging in their petition that the City National Bank of Wichita.
