On and prior to the night of Saturday, April 4, 1903, Robert Gr. Miller and his brother, under the firm name of Miller Bros., were conducting a meat market on East Sprague avenue, in the city of Spokane. About nine o’clock on the evening of that date, and while Robert Gr.
