The plaintiff-appellant, Susan Rizzitiello (the “plaintiff’); appeals a decision of the Superior Court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants-appellees, McDonald’s Corp. and McDonald’s Restaurant of Delaware, Inc. (collectively the “defendants” or “McDonald’s”).
