ORDER
JOYCE BIHARY, Bankruptcy Judge.
These consolidated adversary proceedings came on for a trial on plaintiffs’ objections to debtor’s discharge. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(J). After considering all of the evidence presented and the arguments of counsel, the Court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7052, incorporating Fed.R.Civ.P. 52.
The debtor, Dr. Gary W. Parnés, is a 36 year old dentist in practice with his father, Dr. Irwin Parnés. The plaintiffs are debtor’s ex-wife Melody M. Pames and MBNA America (“MBNA”).…
