This was a trial of right of property in the county court of Kankakee county, in which 2,500 bushels of corn were levied upon by the sheriff by virtue of an execution in his hands in favor of Zephire Senesac, administrator de bonis non with the will annexed, of the estate of Alexander Senesac, deceased, appellant.
