This is an appeal by American Mutual Liability Insurance Company (hereinafter called the insurance company) from a judgment in favor of Thomas & Howard Company, the insured, in an action on a comprehensive crime policy. The insured is a wholesale grocery company located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and is one of twenty-four affiliated corporations named as insureds in this policy.
