MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pending before the Court are several motions. First and foremost among them is the “Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Speedy Trial” filed by Defendant Rafael Rivera (“Defendant” or “Mr. Rivera”). The remaining requests arise out of this primary motion.
