BILLINGS, Judge.
Defendant Jack Wren was convicted by a Dent County jury of an assault with in*808tent to do great bodily harm without malice aforethought [§ SS9.190, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S.] and his punishment fixed at two years in the penitentiary. Motion for new trial was denied, defendant was granted allocution, and sentence and judgment followed. We affirm.
