Philip Ray Couch was convicted of child molestation and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. On appeal, he argues that he offered extrinsic evidence that one of his three victims had made a prior false allegation of sexual abuse and a prior false allegation of physical abuse against other persons and that the trial court erred in precluding him from questioning her about these specific alleged prior instances of misconduct.
