Apeal from Circuit Court, Marion County. Bill by P. W. Yost and others against A. C. Graham and others. Decree for defendant, and plaintiffs appeal.

McWhorter, Judge :

A. C. Graham had two contracts to drill oil wells, one with the South Penn Oil Co. to drill well No. 4, on the Wilson heirs farm, the other with the Fisher Oil Co. The South Penn Oil Co. advanced money to the said contractor so that he was indebted to said company for such advancement in the sum of eight hundred and seventy-one dollars .and fifteen cents, besides about two hundred and fifty dollars for gas used in drilling the well on the Wilson farm and also one hundred and forty dollars for gas used in drilling well No. 1 on the Toothman farm.
