The plaintiff appeals from the final decree entered in his fourth suit against the same defendants for wrongs allegedly committed by them in respect of his status as a former stockholder of the defendant company. The learned chancellor held that the matters complained of, as disclosed by the pleadings, were res judicata by reason of the adjudication and decree in the plaintiff’s last preceding suit which, on appeal to this Court, was affirmed: see 349 Pa. 136, 143, 36 A. 2d 460.
