Stevens, J. —
This is a contest of the will of Mrs. Mary Bishop, who died at Sioux City, Iowa, March 29, 1930. Her husband died in 1918. She is survived by two daughters, Thalia Bishop, the proponent, and Elizabeth Scharf, contestant, and a son, Frederic Bishop. Testatrix resided in Sioux City all of her life. Her estate consists of her home and other property of the estimated aggregate value of $40,000. By the terms of her will, she gave contestant and Frederic each $5000 and the remainder to her daughter Thalia, appellant herein.
