The last will of Leo Heller, deceased, was executed on May 19, 1941. He died at- the age of about fifty-seven years, on August 31, 1942, in Warren County, Iowa, where he had resided for many years, leaving neither widow nor child, but the contestants, Frank Heller, brother, Loretta Ohnemus, Edward Heller, and Cecil Heller, the children of a deceased brother, August, as his next of kin and sole heirs. By his will, he gave all of his property, subject to the payment of his debts, sickness and burial expense, and costs of administration, to Gerald John Ripperger, named as executor in the will,…
