ORDER and OPINION

NORGLE, District Judge.

Before the court is a joint Motion for Summary Judgment by Defendants Glock, Inc. and Glock Ges. m.b.H. (collectively “Glock”). For the following reasons, the court enters summary judgment in favor of Glock.

I. BACKGROUND 1

Plaintiff Betty Rodriguez (“Plaintiff’) filed the present action against Glock after her husband, Jose Rodriguez (“Rodriguez”), received a fatal gunshot wound during a struggle on May 27, 1994, outside the Dynasty Club in Chicago.
